This project is located across from Gülhane Park, known as the Sultans’ Park, in the Historic Peninsula.
While the basement and ground floor walls are made of cut stone, the upper floor plans were constructed in wood.
The ground floor houses the restaurant, management, and reception areas, while the basement includes an exhibition hall, staff areas, kitchen, laundry room, storage, and similar spaces. And on the upper floors, guest rooms are located.
